Returns & Refunds

Every Curly & Caffeinated flag is printed just for you after you order, so I'm not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. But if something isn't right, I want to make it right.

If your flag arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, email me at hello@curlyandcaffeinated.shop within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the problem, and I'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the damaged flag back.

If your package is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address because of a carrier error, reach out and I'll help sort it out. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, since orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout can't be replaced for free.
