Welcome to Curly & Caffeinated! These terms apply to your use of curlyandcaffeinated.shop and any purchase you make here. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About the shop
Curly & Caffeinated is a small, independent business owned and operated by [your legal name or business name] in New Jersey. Products are printed to order and shipped by a third-party fulfillment partner.

Original artwork
All designs, illustrations, photos, and written content on this site are original works owned by Curly & Caffeinated and protected by copyright. Buying a product gives you the physical item for personal use. It does not give you the right to copy, reproduce, resell, or create derivative versions of the artwork. Please don't use my designs without written permission.

Products and colors
I do my best to show every design accurately, but colors can look different from screen to screen, and small variations in printing and placement are normal for print-on-demand products. These variations aren't considered defects.

Outdoor use
Garden flags are made to be displayed outdoors, but all outdoor fabrics will gradually fade, fray, or weather with sun, wind, and rain over time. This normal wear isn't covered as a defect. Bringing flags inside during harsh weather helps them last longer.

Orders and pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars and can change at any time. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or problems with payment. If an order is canceled after you've paid, you'll receive a full refund.

Payment
Payments are processed securely through Shopify. I never see or store your full card information.

Shipping and returns
Shipping details are in the Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are covered in the Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

Reviews and comments
If you leave a review, comment, or photo on the site, you give Curly & Caffeinated permission to display and share it, including on social media. Please keep submissions honest and respectful. I may remove content that is offensive, misleading, or unrelated.

Using the site
Please don't use the site for anything unlawful, try to interfere with how it works, or attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.

Disclaimer
The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Curly & Caffeinated makes no warranties beyond what is stated in these terms and the Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Curly & Caffeinated is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or products. Its total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
